Improving the memory takes a lot of practice and strong will but patience is the main virtue needed for this venture to be successful whatever age you may be in. Now that you have the tools and resources for your memory improvement utilize it in the best way and that is by applying it in your daily routine. For example, to ensure you remember all your tasks and appointments in a day, start using a planner. Make changes in your diet and lifestyle now. It is true that some lifestyle habits take time to be changed or stopped altogether but take for example, excessive alcohol intake. Caution is a must in any kind of supplement and medication.
With all these, you may not be far in developing a photographic memory. Not everybody is born with this ability but anybody can manage to improve to attain this skill.
